Ladybird Montessori was set up in 2000 to offer English literacy sessions to British children attending Spanish schools in the Estepona area of Spain.

Ladybird Montessori is situated in the quiet countryside behind Estepona, only a few minutes by car from town. There are stunning views of the mountains and coast including Gibraltar and North Africa. The learning environment is purpose built and includes a full set of Montessori language materials. In addition to the main inside learning area, there is a shaded work area outside. It is peaceful and calm and the children love working in an environment surrounded by nature.

The only distractions are the horses trotting by and the neighbour's donkey braying!
